About Us Roy Inch established his business in 1927, his two sons Clifford and Gearld joined him in 1948 and Gearld's two sons followed suit in 1971 and 1978. Roy and Clifford passed away in 1992 and 1999 respectively but the rest of the remaining family are still actively involved in the family business. Today that business consists of running a heating and air conditioning sales and service business as well as servicing appliances and operating a Vac-U-Duct service. Gearld & Joyce has invested over 4000 hours to date in putting together the Reliable Image Pricing System. To establish the rates, thousands of parts and service work orders were used. The manuals were designed around a journeyman technician and all times are averaged, with additional minutes being added in most cases. Our parts costs have come from major suppliers and manufacturers. The average contractor can buy at the prices stipulated and in many cases will buy better.
